No problem, after you have signed in, click on the My Account link at the top of the page, and go to the option 'My Details' to edit your delivery address. Unfortunately you are unable to amend the delivery address once your order has already been despatched.
Every JW Wall is bespoke, printed to order based on the size inputted by you in our crop tool at step 2 of our customisation process so your wall design can be as large, or small as you wish.
There really is no maximum, within reason. However if you input dimensions which appear overly large or unusual we will get in touch to check it's what you asked for and not a mistake. For quality assurance we have included the recommended maximum image size information with each of our designs.
First you can check our file size guide and uploading an image help page. If you're still unsure just send it to us with details of your wall dimensions and we'll be in touch with our recommendations. We recommend a minimum resolution of file size of 500kb in a .jpg, .bmp, .png or .tiff format.
DELIVERY OF YOUR JW WALL
Yes. We will send you a special email to let you know everything is on it's way.
No problem! The dispatch email you get will give you a special number that you can use to let you know exactly where your delivery is up to.
The maximum delivery time for your wall will depend on where in the world you are but our customers in Europe (including the UK) can expect to receive their package within 7 working days. Customers in the rest of the world should allow 14 working days.
We often do better! We always try and speed things up for you and make sure you get your wall as soon as possible - but we never skip our quality checks! To us, what you get is just as important as when you get it so please know that we will never rush the production of your purchase at the risk of delivering anything other than a perfect JW Wall.
Our normal partner for delivery is FedEx. The service they offer our customers is really good and they have proven themselves to be very reliable and secure. From time to time we may use other carriers but FedEx are our preferred choice.
Your wall will arrive with a set of instructions that you can follow to make sure things go smoothly when you are installing. You will also receive a copy of the Quality Control report for the factory that will give you all the details about your wall and show you exactly what was checked and by who, before it left us.
Your wall will be carefully rolled into individual 'drops' and then secured in the pack to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
Any accessories you might have ordered will sent in separate boxes and clearly marked for your attention. All of the packs (including your wall) will be sent to you as a single consignment and should therefore arrive at exactly the same time. Sometimes you might get one box a little earlier but we do our best to make sure you get everything in a single delivery to your chosen delivery address.

We offer a 100% refund if you are not happy with your order.
For a refund you will need to email us to this address to obtain a return code. You will be asked to send your JW Wall back to us in the original packaging and place a note of your name, address and return code inside the box. Once we get your wall back a refund will be completed within 7 days and a credit placed against the original credit or debit card you used to make your purchase.
All 'returns for refund' must be made within 7 days of the receipt of shipment. You can start the procedure to obtain your refund by emailing us at email@example.com.
After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your wall is ready and on its way, you will receive an email with a Fedex tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery.
INSTALLING YOUR JW WALL
Yes. All of our materials are chosen to make installation of your wall really easy. Your delivery will include the simple installation instructions plus our helpful online video tutorials will guide you through the process. JW Standard and JW Tuffwall are applied like normal wallpaper using paste, whereas our JW Easystick has a simple self-adhesive backing.
We also offer an installation service if you would prefer some expert help. Just get in touch to book an installation.
If you have a textured wall, a wood-paneled wall or any other rough surface, we recommend the installation of a liner paper, followed by 2 coats of flat latex paint. A liner paper is simply blank wallpaper which covers irregularities in the wall surface.
It is best to remove any light switch covers or other objects on the wall before installation. Once you have applied the wall covering re-attach any switches and carefully trim around the objects with a trimming blade.
No problem! Our materials are all wipeable and durable. To clean, lightly wash with a damp sponge. However don't be too harsh, excessive scrubbing or harsh materials may damage the printed surface.
No, the wall will not be damaged. You will want to carefully remove the mural and then wipe off any residue on your wall with a clean, damp sponge or towel. Our Easystick material can be easily removed and repositioned without damaging your wall.
